Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. Data may be accessed only by authorized QPMS users such as administrators, managers, operations teams, business heads, HR/finance teams where required, and approved technical service providers who help operate and maintain the application.
Data may be processed using third-party services required for app operation, such as database, authentication, hosting, storage, maps, route services, and app distribution platforms.
Data Security

Data Retention
Attendance, site visit, ticket, location, and operational records may be retained as long as required for company operations, client reporting, payroll/conveyance, audit, legal, and compliance purposes.
Account and Data Deletion
Since QPMS is an internal business operations application, users may not directly delete company work records from the app. Users can request account deactivation, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting the company administrator or privacy contact.
