2. Attendance and Work Activity Information

  • Start Day and End Day time
  • Check-in and check-out time
  • Site visit details
  • Visit status
  • Work updates, comments, and remarks
  • KM and route calculation details

3. Location information

The app may collect precise location data, including background location, when an authorized employee starts their workday and enables field tracking. Location data is used for attendance verification, site visit check-in/check-out, live field status, route tracking, KM calculation, and internal business reporting.

4. Photos, files, and ticket information

The app may collect photos, documents, ticket details, issue descriptions, comments, and service updates uploaded by users as part of operational workflows.

5. Device and diagnostic information

The app may collect device-related information, app version, crash logs, error logs, and diagnostic data to improve app stability and support troubleshooting.

How We Use the Information

The collected information is used for:

  • Route/KM and petrol/conveyance calculation

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data may be accessed only by authorized QPMS users such as administrators, managers, operations teams, business heads, HR/finance teams where required, and approved technical service providers who help operate and maintain the application.

Data may be processed using third-party services required for app operation, such as database, authentication, hosting, storage, maps, route services, and app distribution platforms.

Data Security

We use reasonable security measures such as authentication, role-based access control, restricted admin access, and secure communication where applicable to protect user data.

Data Retention

Attendance, site visit, ticket, location, and operational records may be retained as long as required for company operations, client reporting, payroll/conveyance, audit, legal, and compliance purposes.

Account and Data Deletion

Since QPMS is an internal business operations application, users may not directly delete company work records from the app. Users can request account deactivation, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting the company administrator or privacy contact.
